Ce n\u2019est pas seulement une question de colonne d\u2019absorption ou de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur, mais bien de ce qui se passe \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des flux liquides qui les relient.\n<br>\n\n<br>Le solvant, habituellement une solution d\u2019amine, effectue le travail essentiel. Il absorbe le CO\u2082 des gaz de combustion, le transporte dans le cycle, puis le lib\u00e8re \u00e0 nouveau lors de la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Lorsque ce solvant commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9grader ou que sa chimie s\u2019\u00e9carte de la plage optimale, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de captage diminue rapidement et la fiabilit\u00e9 aussi.\n<br>\n<br> Dans la plupart des syst\u00e8mes, le solvant riche correspond \u00e0 la solution d\u2019amine apr\u00e8s qu\u2019elle a absorb\u00e9 le CO\u2082 dans l\u2019absorbeur, tandis que le solvant pauvre est la solution r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e, d\u00e9barrass\u00e9e du CO\u2082, qui retourne vers l\u2019absorbeur. Ces deux flux constituent le c\u0153ur du circuit de captage.\n<br>\n<br>C\u2019est pourquoi comprendre et surveiller la composition du solvant n\u2019est pas une option. En mesurant avec pr\u00e9cision les concentrations d\u2019amines et de CO\u2082, les op\u00e9rateurs peuvent calculer la charge en CO\u2082, soit la diff\u00e9rence entre ce qui est absorb\u00e9 dans l\u2019absorbeur et ce qui est lib\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur.<\/p><p>Ces valeurs ne sont pas de simples chiffres : elles constituent la base de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9. Si le solvant est trop faible, il n\u2019absorbera pas suffisamment de CO\u2082. La spectroscopie en ligne, notamment Raman et proche infrarouge (NIR), a apport\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration notable.<\/p><p>La spectroscopie Raman s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e particuli\u00e8rement efficace pour mesurer simultan\u00e9ment les concentrations d\u2019amines et de CO\u2082 dans les flux pauvres et riches. Elle offre une surveillance en temps r\u00e9el, non destructive, directement dans la ligne de proc\u00e9d\u00e9. Plus besoin d\u2019attendre les r\u00e9sultats du laboratoire ou de subir les retards li\u00e9s aux pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements : les donn\u00e9es sont continues, pr\u00e9cises et imm\u00e9diatement
