As of June 1st, 2022, Novatech is proud to welcome Karl Corriveau as its new President. This appointment follows the successful implementation of a thoughtful and strategic leadership succession plan. Karl takes over from Frédéric Vergès, who has transitioned into a new role as Director of Customer Experience, where he will continue to support Novatech’s growth through a renewed focus on customer relationships.
Karl brings more than 25 years of experience in operations, quality, and strategic management, including 12 years at Novatech. He has been instrumental in driving continuous improvement and aligning our teams with the company’s long-term vision. His leadership style reflects the values that define Novatech, including respect, reliability, integrity, responsiveness, innovation, and knowledge.
Over the years, Karl has earned the trust of our team, partners, and customers through his deep expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence. He understands the unique challenges and opportunities of our industry and is ready to lead Novatech into its next chapter with clarity and purpose.
